Reconstitution steps

  1. Swab the rubber septum of the lyophilized peptide vial with an alcohol wipe.
  2. Draw the calculated volume of bacteriostatic water into a sterile syringe.
  3. Insert the needle through the septum and direct the diluent down the inside wall of the vial.
  4. Swirl gently to dissolve — do not vortex or shake vigorously.
  5. Confirm the solution is clear and free of undissolved material before use.
  6. Store reconstituted material refrigerated and use within your protocol window; keep lyophilized vials at −20 °C.
