By accessing or using the Healthy Peps website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use this service.
2. Products and Permitted Use
All products sold are strictly for qualified research and laboratory purposes. No products may be purchased for human or veterinary consumption, therapeutic use, or any purpose not permitted by applicable law. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher or represent a licensed institution.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
4. Ordering and Payment
All orders are processed via Interac e-Transfer (EMT). Orders are confirmed only after payment is received and verified by our team. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected misuse.
5. Pricing and Availability
Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
6. Shipping
We ship to Canadian addresses only. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
7. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final once shipped, subject to our Refund Policy. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. See our Refund Policy for eligibility criteria.
8. Membership
Memberships are billed as described at enrollment. Benefits, pricing, and tiers are subject to change with reasonable notice. Memberships are non-transferable.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including text, images, logos, and design—is the property of Healthy Peps and may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Healthy Peps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable province of operation. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
